Free Cancellation

Reservations may be canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund with no cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Shows

If a passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup location within the 15-minute grace period, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the full fare will be charged.

Same-Day Bookings

Reservations made within 4 hours of pickup time are non-refundable once confirmed.

Flight Delays

We monitor flight arrivals for all airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no additional charge.

Driver Dispatch

Once a driver has been dispatched and is en route to the pickup location, the ride may become non-refundable.

There will be a $150 clean up fee due to loss of hours.

If you leave anything behind in the vehicle we will return the lost property or hold on to your item securely until you pick it up for a small fee. If you are more than an hour away, we can also ship it to you.
